Refund Policy
Effective June 9, 2026
This Refund Policy describes how Pop Logic LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and our merchant of record, Paddle.com, handle refund requests for subscriptions to the CYCLOPS cultivation management platform (the "Platform").
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Platform for any reason, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within thirty (30) days of the date of that payment.
2. How to Request a Refund
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all refund requests on our behalf. To request a refund, please:
Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us directly at support@cyclops.systems and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Refunds Outside the 30-Day Window
Refund requests made more than 30 days after a payment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may also issue refunds outside of this window in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law and Paddle's own Refund Policy.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, on its own, trigger a refund of the current billing period. To request a refund of a current or recent payment, follow the steps in Section 2.
